Snorre Qveim-Leikanger holds degrees in economics, international relations and law. He has previously worked with the U.S. State Department and is currently a lawyer with the Selmer Law Firm in Oslo. Between 2016 to 2020 Snorre worked at the ICDE Permanent Secretariat, where he in 2018 to 2020 acted as ICDEs Office Manager. During his time at ICDE Snorre worked closely with ICDEs Board of Trustees and with ICDEs EU projects where he among other served as Legal Officer on the ICDE coordinated pan-African H2020 project “EPICA”. Snorre Qveim-Leikanger is ICDE Control Committee attorney-at-law.
