Lillehammer Lifelong Learning Conference 2021 will be a national and international virtual meeting where educators, employers and employees meet to share experiences, put challenges and solutions on the agenda and together develop lifelong learning for the future.

The conference is hosted by ICDE partner Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN), in partnership with ICDE and other Norwegian institutions/organisations. It will be a virtual two-day conference with an international conference on February 16th and a national conference on February 17th. Both days will be a combination of plenary and parallel sessions with networking opportunities and participant engagement. Participants will get an overview of lifelong learning trends, current examples and practices presented from the higher education sector, working life and political initiatives.

Lillehammer Lifelong Learning Conference builds on the successful ICDE Lillehammer Lifelong Learning Summit 2019, which hosted over 400 participants and involved speakers like the Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg and current ICDE President Dr. Neil Fassina. We are happy to announce that this year’s conference will also include ICDE President Dr. Neil Fassina, as well as Prof. Mark Brown who was Chair of the 2019 ICDE World Conference on Online Learning in Dublin.
