Join ICDE executive leaders at the ICDE Global Presidents’ Forum 2022!

It is our pleasure to invite all executive leaders among ICDE members and partners to join us for the ICDE Global Presidents’ Forum 2022 (GPF 2022). Led by ICDE President, Dr. Neil Fassina, and ICDE Board members, the GPF brings together valuable knowledge sharing and experiences in a discussion forum developed specifically for Presidents, Vice-Chancellors, Principals, Rectors, and CEOs.

For generations, open, flexible, and distance learning (OFDL) environments have enabled resilient educations systems for learners globally. These OFDL environments flourished during the global pandemic that, in turn, exposed the inherent fragility of in-person learning systems. Because no learning environment is immune to significant disruption, the 2022 Global Presidents Forum will focus on potential weaknesses in open, flexible, and distance learning systems and how leaders in the field can take steps to prevent disruption to these learning systems in the face of future catastrophic events.

Event information

The ICDE GPF 2022 will be organised as a half-day, virtual event taking place on 15 November. The Forum is organised as two optional synchronous sessions to accommodate the various time zones of our international network and is free to attend. Valid ICDE membership for 2022 is required to be eligible to participate.

The two synchronous sessions will take place on 15 November from either:

  • 09:00 - 13:00 CET (link to time converter to see the time in your area here)

  • 20:00 - 00:00 CET (link to time converter to see the time in your area here)

We ask you to please choose one (1) time zone which best suits your availability when registering.
