Cape Town Open Education Declaration: After 10 Years

In honor of the ten years anniversary, a look back was taken and the CPT10+ was launched, where 10 ten key directions to move open education forward were identified. The ten dimensions comprises; Communication open, Empowering the next generation, connecting with other open movements, Open education for development, Open pedagogy, Thinking outside the institution, Data and analytics, Beyond the textbook, Opening up publicly funded resources, Copyright reform for education, and maybe some to be added, due to time and context
