UNESCO: Draft Recommendation on Open Educational Resources

The UNESCO OER recommendations were adopted by the member countries on 25 November 2019 after intensive work for 4 years of conferences, declarations and consultations. Already on the 2 OER. At the 4th conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia, 2017, the need to move from awareness raising to action was identified. These recommendations of November 2019 are therefore aimed at policy and implementation.
