ICDE visits UNED Costa Rica to plan the upcoming ICDE World Conference 2023
On 9-13 October, the ICDE Secretary General and ICDEs Senior Adviser for Membership and Communication travelled to Costa Rica and visited our member and host for the 29th ICDE World Conference 2023, UNED Costa Rica.

The Costa Rican Distance State University (UNED Costa Rica) and ICDE officially launched the upcoming 29th ICDE World Conference 2023 at a press conference on 8 September 2022. The press conference took place at the Costa Rican Convention Centre in San José, Costa Rica, which will be the official site of the conference next year.

On the 25th of November, ICDE completed a virtual marathon through 18 hours of leadership discussions across 6 regions within 24 hours. 87 registered Presidents, Rectors and Vice-Chancellors among ICDE members convened to discuss challenges, needs and solution to the topic addressed: “Recalibrating educational leadership for resilient education”.
